Federal Court commutes ex-hair stylist's death sentence to 40 years jail

PUTRAJAYA, May 16 — The Federal Court has commuted the death sentence imposed on a former hair stylist to 40 years in jail for kidnapping and killing a sales girl 16 years ago.
